My friends at Crock-Pot Seasonings are having a really awesome contest. They are giving away a year's supply of groceries and seasoning mixes (an $8,500 value!)  Just go to their Facebook page from 10/1 - 10/21 and submit your original recipe!

(Keep reading to see how you can win a Crock-Pot & 3 Month Supply of Crock-Pot Seasonings here at Frugal & Fabulous!)

Here is my entry into the Crock-Pot Slow Cookin' Recipe Contest:

My husband and I love white chicken chili, so we thought it might be fun to try a new spin on it - by combining the things we love about the white chili, with the base of a red chili.

Lindsay's Red & White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
  • 1 - Packet of Crock-Pot Original Chili Mix
  • 1 - 2 cups of Chicken Broth
  • 1 - Can of Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 - Cans of White Beans (I used Great Northern Beans)
  • 3/4lb - 1lb of chicken tenders or breast (cut into 1/2 -1 inch pieces).

Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in the Crock-Pot, cook for 4 hours on high. This recipe was a hit and so easy to throw together! I will definitely be adding this recipe to the rotation!

Ready to eat:

It was awesome on its own, but even better with a little cheese, sour cream & chips:

Not only can you enter Crock-Pot Seasoning's amazing recipe contest, but you can enter our own little recipe contest here at Frugal & Fabulous!  One Lucky Frugal & Fabulous reader will win a Crock-Pot Slow Cooker & a 3 month supply of Crock-Pot Seasonings!
