Here is my entry into the Crock-Pot Slow Cookin' Recipe Contest:
My husband and I love white chicken chili, so we thought it might be fun to try a new spin on it - by combining the things we love about the white chili, with the base of a red chili.
Lindsay's Red & White Chicken Chili
- 1 - Packet of Crock-Pot Original Chili Mix
- 1 - 2 cups of Chicken Broth
- 1 - Can of Whole Kernel Corn
- 2 - Cans of White Beans (I used Great Northern Beans)
- 3/4lb - 1lb of chicken tenders or breast (cut into 1/2 -1 inch pieces).
Stir all ingredients together in the Crock-Pot, cook for 4 hours on high. This recipe was a hit and so easy to throw together! I will definitely be adding this recipe to the rotation!
Ready to eat:
It was awesome on its own, but even better with a little cheese, sour cream & chips:
