At first I wasn't sure how the pretzel bites were going to taste, as some microwaveable pretzels can be tough. But these were super soft and the cheese they are filled with is awesome. They are also so easy to make. Put a few pretzel bites on a plate, microwave for about one minute and you've got yourself an easy and (tasty) snack!
The mozzarella bites were really good too. They are a mozzarella cheese in a pizza style dough. So delicious and even better with a little marinara sauce! I love that these snacks are small so you can just heat up a few before you dash out the door - and with microwave times under a minute - they won't hold you up!
