Before I make a purchase, I try to always ask myself - 1) Do I need this and 2) Is this the best possible price? I like to apply this situation to all aspects of my finances, not just with grocery and household item purchases.
So this weekend I got to thinking: What's a small change that I can make that will save me more money? Pay all my bills online. I know, that sounds pretty simple, but honestly I have a bunch of bills I've never taken the time to set up for auto pay online. And at what cost? I'd say I pay about 10 bills a month, at the ever increasing $.45 per stamp. Over the course of the year that's about $54. I don't know about you, but there's a lot more I'd rather buy with $54, than stamps!
What's one small change you want to make in order to save money? Please leave me a comment or a link with your thoughts :)

Thank you for your post!
I think sometimes we forget about the little savings that make a big difference.
My big change this year is only going to the grocery store once a week WITH A LIST. If I forget something, I have to figure out a way to do without. I didn't realize how much I was spending on those "quick trips" to the store for "just one thing."
