My husband and I love smoothies. We make them all the time! So I was really excited when we were given the opportunity to review Yoplait’s New Frozen Yogurt Smoothie! Each smoothie pack contains everything you need to make 2 delicious smoothies - in under five minutes! Just place the smoothie pack contents and 1 cup of milk into your blender, blend for 2 minutes, and pour!

I wanted to try Yoplait's newest flavor, Chocolate Banana - however my grocery store didn't carry that flavor. I'll be checking back though - it definitely sounds tasty! We chose to try the triple berry smoothie and it was delicious! The smoothie was nice and thick - and it almost had the consistency of ice cream (hence why they call it frozen yogurt smoothies!) It was a great treat and when prepared it only has 1.5 grams of fat and 110 calories! So it's a treat you won't feel guilty about.

Yoplait currently has five different smoothie flavors: Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana, Blueberry Pomegranate, and Strawberry Mango Pineapple and the newest Chocolate Banana. Available in your grocer’s freezer, each package contains enough frozen fruit and real Yoplait yogurt to make two 8 oz servings, when blended with 1 cup of skim milk.
