Okay a little late this week! I had some technical difficulties with my wireless internet yesterday. So here's what's on this week's menu:
Monday (last night): Chicken Burritos (made with beans, rice, chicken cheese and salsa)
Tuesday: Hot dogs and mac and cheese
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner: bacon, eggs, toast and potatoes
Thursday: BBQ Chicken Fresh Strawberry Salad
Friday: Grilled Mediterranean Quesadillas
