I hope everyone had a great Fourth of July weekend! We're in the middle of a heat wave and it's been too hot to cook. Anyone have any easy recipes that are good for warm weather?
Monday (Yesterday): Ham/veggie burgers on grill with pasta side
Tuesday: McCormick's White Chicken Chili
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken over Caesar salad
Thursday: Spaghetti with marinara sauce
Friday: Stir-fry with leftover chicken and vegetables
In other news, I came up with three things in my stockpile that need to be used: plain oatmeal, mustard (yellow and spicy brown) and rice... so hopefully I can come up with some ideas! :)
