A little late with Menu Plan Monday this week. DH and I got home from camping around noon yesterday and after the long drive I was too tired to cook anything more than macaroni and cheese! Hopefully the rest of the week will be a little more healthy!

Monday: Kraft Deluxe Mac N Cheese (Fancy, I know)
Tuesday: Boneless chicken wings and french fries (still catching up)
Wednesday: Fresh Mozzarella Pasta Salad and ham/veggie burgers
Thursday: Russian Chicken and stir fried kale
Friday: Homemade Pizza or leftovers!
