If anyone is looking for a great (and frugal!) meal - you have to check out this recipe for Russian Chicken that I made last week. I used half the amount of chicken (and the same amount of sauce) and served the dish over penne pasta. It was definitely a hit!- Monday: McCormick's White Chicken Chili
