I love kale.. Here is one simple recipe.
Chop the kale into small pieces.
Wash and spin it through the salad spinner. Pour a little oil in a 10 or 12" fry pan. Add a half tablespoon of mustard seeds(optional), 1 red chilli or a little chilli flakes, add the kale, a little salt and steam it a little. After it wilts down, remove the cover and add dried unsweeted coconut and let it dry out all the way through. Enjoy.
Oh Kale! How yummy! I like to cook it in a cast iron pan with some water and a little raw honey till leaves soft and pliable...mmmm
Word of warning: buy organic. It is one of the dirty dozen (foods that retain the most pesticides)
THANKS! :)
