Here's some old favorites that we've made for dinner over the past few weeks:
- French Toast
- Chocolate Chip Pancakes
- Egg sandwiches
- Grilled Cheese
- Quesadillas made with leftover chicken, vegetables and black beans
- Homemade pizza using a Betty Crocker" just add water" crust (with feta cheese, artichokes and tomatoes - all things I had on hand!)
- Macaroni and cheese from a box (great with additions like bacon and broccoli)

LOL - we had Betty Crocker-crust pizza last night - even though we could've gotten takeout. Topped with provolone, mushrooms, and minced garlic - it was delish! (And I like keeping those extra$15 in my pocket!)
