Review & Giveaway: Hana Professional Flat Iron - Pink Edition! {CLOSED}

There's not much I love more than beauty products and the color pink! So you know I was ecstatic when Misikko recently gave me the opportunity to review the Hana Professional Pink Edition Flat Iron - !

Over the years I've used lots of different hair straighteners and after going through a couple of them, you start to realize what works and what just really doesn't. As someone with semi wavy hair, it doesn't really take too much to get my hair straight - just a pass or two through each section and I'm good to go. That is --- if I'm using a good quality ceramic straightener. I'm a really big fan of Chi flat irons, so I was really excited to see how the Hana would compare. I was pleasantly surprised! The Hana straightened my hair quickly and the end result was very smooth with no lines or bumps! I was really impressed with the results of the Hana professional flat iron!

The Hana also has some really great features that other straighteners I've used (including my Chi) didn't have:

1. The Hana has a sliding temperature adjuster so - you can heat the iron to fit your needs. Since I'm so used to the Chi being so hot it can burn you (and it certainly has!) I styled my hair at around 340'.
2. I have straightened and straightened my hair and the Hana has not once snagged it! With many straighteners I always had issues with my hair getting caught on the edge of the plate.
3. The Hana has a swivel cord so it moves with you!
   

The wonderful people at Misikko also sent me some really great accessories including this Hana shine shield product that protects your hair while styling and makes my hair feel silky soft! They also sent me a very nice silicone mat to keep the flat iron on while heating up and cooling down. This is awesome as before I style my hair I always have to stop and grab a towel or something to protect the iron and the surface. Misikko also carries a wide variety of other products including Professional hair dryers and the FHI flat iron!
