I'm a big yogurt fan. Growing up in my family, no trip to the grocery store was complete without a dozen or so yogurts. One of my favorite brands is Yoplait! I love the texture of their yogurt - thick and creamy, and their containers are just the right size (6 oz) that helps me feel satisfied. Lately, I've been eating yogurt to maintain my weight. Not because it helps me lose weight - but because it's a sweet, 100 calorie alternative to one of my favorite not so healthy foods (...ice cream!) Whenever I get a craving, I just head to the fridge, and with Yoplait's new flavors - saying no is getting easier! :)

Yoplait Light has just introduced Red Velvet Cake and Blueberry Pie, two new taste bud-tantalizing Yoplait yogurt flavors debuting in the dairy aisle this month (Yoplait Light offers 32 total delicious flavors!) These new flavors can help to help satisfy your cravings for dessert without the excessive calories!!! In addition, each serving contains 20 percent of the recommended daily value of calcium and vitamin D!

I recently tried Yoplait's Blueberry Pie and it was awesome! The perfect mix of berries and buttery, comforting pie crust! :) I have not yet tried the Red Velvet Cake, but considering I love all of Yoplait's other flavors (especially key lime & blackberry!) I'm sure I'll love it too! (Check out all 32 Yoplait Light flavors !) With all these options - it's easy to find your own favorite!
