We rented "500 Days of Summer". This was great, but I had a heck of a time returning the movie the next day. Apparently if you try to return the movie to a different kiosk then you rented from, and they don't carry that particular movie - the machine won't take the movie. I hope Blockbuster changes this policy as there kiosks grow. One thing I really liked about Blockbuster Express is that it shows your total when you return your movie. (I.E. $1 for one night, $2 for two nights).
For dinner we had an absolute feast: Salad, French Bread, Rotisserie Chicken, Honey Glazed Carrots (DH's favorite!) and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Better yet, most of them were pre-made so all I had to do was heat them up and set them out!!! What's better on a date night then not cooking? :) For dessert we had cheesecake and strawberries and then some Reese's Pieces with the movie! Yeah we were totally stuffed - and had enough for another two meals! (Need ideas for leftovers? check out my Ideas for Rotisserie Chicken post!)
Our date night was a blast! After a hectic work week, it was great to just stay home and have a nice meal together. And for less than $25, (with leftovers!) it was definitely a frugal (& fabulous!) night. :)

That's MY kind of date night too - no cooking. I've been wanting to see 500 Days of Summer. How was it?
