Ingredients:
- 1 box of Elbow Macaroni (14.5 oz)
- 3 Tbsp butter or Margarine
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 1/2 cups of Milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp of pepper
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- A pinch of paprika
In a saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour and then milk. Continue to stir over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper & onion powder, then add cheese - continuing to stir until cheese has melted. Combine sauce & pasta in pasta pan, then spoon into greased 8x8 baking dish. Top with bread crumbs , Parmeasean cheese and paprika. Bake 30-35 minutes. Devour!

Wow! I just use macaroni noodles, Velveeta cheese, and milk for mine. =) Although, I do use quite a bit of Velveeta. I used to use a few slices of American cheese, but found it unnecessary. Same with the butter [margarine].
