Buying Halloween Candy with ECBs!

I had $16 in ECBs expiring yesterday, so that means... you guessed it! Lots of Halloween candy! I love getting things 'free' that I normally would have to pay for! :)

  • 1 - Nova Max (@ $9.99) = $9.99 (FREE AFTER ECBs!)
  • 4 - Campbell's Soup (@ $.50 ea) used two $1/2 IPs = FREE
  • 1 - Speed Stick Pro (@ $2.50) used $1.50/1 CRT = $1.00 (FREE AFTER ECBs!)
  • 2 - Bags of Nestle Candies (front) @ $2.00 ea, used two $1/1 IPs = $2.00 ($1.00 ea!)
  • 1 - Bag of Kit Kats = $2.00
  • 1 - Bag of M&Ms = $2.00
Total: $16.99, paid with $16 & $.99 in ECBs, total = $0.00!

Received: $10 ECBs for Nova Max, $1 ECB for Speed Stick

2 gave me some sugar:

I read an article (I think Boston Globe) that said the average person spends $17.99 on Halloween candy! I thought it was crazy, but I'm already at $9 spent and I'll probably buy more (we have this problem with eating it...)

Good CVSing! I have $10 ECBs that I have to use up within the next week...

Becky, I don't doubt that! We usually buy 7 or 8 bags ($15 or so!) And yeah... we don't have a problem eating it either! ;)
