Creamy Marinara Sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 3 cans (14.xx oz.) diced tomatoes (I'm up to my ears in tomatoes so I used fresh)
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 medium onion, finely chopped (I substituted a few sprinkles of onion powder)
- 3/4 C. sour cream
- 1/4 C. parmesan
- 1/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 T. basil
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
This sauce was sooo good! It was so simple and I had everything (except for the onion) already on hand! Thanks again Annie for this wonderful recipe- it's a new favorite!

Oh Yum! I've been reading all these posts about homemade marinara sauce. I must try it soon!
This is a lot like the recipe for the Olive Garden's sauce for their Lasagna Rollatini with sausage. It's so easy and yummy!
