Monday: Salads with grilled chicken, cheese, etc
Tuesday: Baked Ziti with leftover chicken
Wednesday: Foil Pack Taco Chicken Can't wait to try this!
Thursday: Pizza Night! Diced tomatoes and mushrooms for me, and pepperoni for DH!
Friday - Sunday: we will visiting family in Northern New Hampshire so I won't be cooking! We will be going "Moosing" (i.e. driving around looking for Moose! Hopefully I will get some good pictures to share! :))

Your Foil Pack Taco Chicken looks delish! I'll have to try and remember it for fall. It's way to warm to turn on the oven here.
I'm always looking for new ways to cook chicken. The foil-pack taco chicken looks yummy! Gonna have to try that one :)
