I wind down by playing with the kids....I know it makes me sound crazy but that is the best relaxation just hanging out playing little people, doing puzzles or playing star wars makes me feel the most at peace :)

Occasionally, I unwind by entering giveaways while drinking modest amounts of alcohol. Sometimes there's chocolate involved. Most of the time I just read a book, because if I did that as often as I want to, I'd weigh 400 lbs.
