One Walgreen's I stopped at absolutely refused to adjust my Ecotrin coupon down - they actually were pretty mean about it. Does Walgreen's have an official policy on that?

Mallory,
My first Walgreens refused to take the coupon for that reason. The second store adjusted it down. For the most part, with all things Walgreens, it depends on the cashier, the store and if the sun is shining or not. ;) Basically, YMMV. (They may or they may not, and there is no rhyme or reason to any Walgreens policy...)

One thing my store has done for me to 'prevent coupon fraud', is to adjust the item to the coupon price (i.e. make it cost $2.25) and then use the $2.25/1 MFC.
Does that make sense?

Good luck!!!!
