Frugal & Fab's Newbie Tip of the Week! "Rolling!"
I got a few requests on what to roll your January ECB's on - so here you go! If you followed last week's suggestion, here is how you can roll your ECBs during February!
If you followed my previous post, your starting balance would be: $19.96.
Starting February 1st, there will be Ear Rinse and Extreme Energy that are FREE after ECBs (Thank you I Heart CVS!). Free after Extra Care Bucks means that after you buy them, you will receive a coupon for the amount of the product on the bottom of your receipt. This is good for almost anything in the store and is just like CVS cash.
So if you buy:
2 - Earinses at $7.99 ea = $15.98
1 - Extreme Energy 6 hour shot $4.99
Your total will be: $20.97, after your $19.96 ECBs your total will be $1.01
You will receive $20.97 back in ECBs at the bottom of your receipt.
*If you can find a coupon for $4 off a $20 purchase or $3/$15 purchase you can use the children's aspirin (@ $1.99) which is also free after ECBs (Limit 1) as part of your filler for the $19.96 (You must spend your $19.96 ECBs as a whole.)
Have questions? Did I leave something out? I love email and comments!

4 gave me some sugar:
Okay, so I new at this CVSing thing, but possibly getting the hang of it!
I have a few ?s for you- where do you get your MFC's? Newspaper, internet...etc.
Also, when CVS says it gives you 2%cash back for every purchase, where does this come in? I have asked 2 cashiers at 2 different stores, and neither knew the answer! Does it come as ECBs, or off your purchase? Just trying to figure it all out. Thanks!
Hi Kelli!
Thanks for posting on my blog! I love yours already!:)
To answer your questions:
1) I get my coupons from EVERYWHERE! But yes, I highly recommend buying a Sunday paper Read more here!(http://coupon-queen.blogspot.com/2008/07/tips-for-new-couponers.html)
2) You get additional ECBs from 2% of whatever you spend (cash/credit no ecbs) in store. These print quarterly at the bottom of your receipt.
Feel free to email me if you have more questions! :)
The February deals start Feb 1st, Right?
