Sunday - Stove Top Chicken Bake (didn't get to this earlier in the week!)- Monday - Spaghetti & veggies
- Tuesday - Breakfast for dinner (egg beater omelets with english muffins and sausage)
- Wednesday - Chicken in Creamy Pan Sauce , leftover pasta and broccoli
- Thursday - Slow cooker Thursday... TBD (got a chicken or veggie idea for me? LMK!)
- Friday - English Muffin Pizzas and salad

I love english muffin pizzas. I know you'll ask what rock I've been living under, but I only discovered them about 4 months ago....I also like to use the mini Thomas' bagels. I keep a bag in the freezer for times when I don't feel like cooking.
