CVS 1/24 - gotta love free shampoo!

Lots of shampoo for the wonderful men in my life! :) (Husband, Dad, FIL & Brother)


Trans 1: (My card):

• 5 - Gillette Shampoos ($4.99 ea) used five $2/1 MFCs (THANKS SAM!!!!) = $15.00
• 2 - Dove Beauty Bars ($.99 ea) used two $1/1 MFCs = FREE
  

Total: $14.93 (Paid with $15 ecbs adjusted down)
Received 15 ECBs for the Gillette

Trans 2: (DH's card):*

• 5 - Gillette Shampoos ($4.99 ea) used five $2/1 MFCs = $15.00
• 1 - Hershey's Bar (Filler @ $.50) cashier refused to asjust down ECBs by $.02... SERIOUSLY? = $.48
  

Total: $15.48 (paid with 15 ecbs and $.48 oop)
Received 15 ECBs for the Gillette

Trans 3: (Sorry about the picture!) Finishing last week's deals:

• 4 - Almay Bars (clearanced to $.49) used four $1/1 MFCs= -$2.04
• 3 - Hallmark Cards ($.99 ea) = $2.97
• 1 - loaf of Wheat Wonderbread = $3.59
• 1 - Caeser (being incredibly cute but also annoying as he watches the birds from my kitchen table) = Priceless
  

Total: $4.52 (Paid with $3.99 ECBs and $.53 oop)
Received 3 ecbs for the Hallmark cards

*Be on the lookout for Almay facial bars clearanced to $.49 ! The $1/1 coupons will beep because they enter them in as a taxable item (they don't scan the barcode) but you should get an overage of $.51 (That is, if you don't get a cashier like mine that argued soap isn't a cosmetic product... (on trans #2)
