Last week I made Living Easy's Candy Cookies:
You mix together:
- a box of cake mix (I used Devil's food cake)
- 4-6 small candy bars chopped (I used 3 Butterfinger, 3 Crunch Bars)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
(Made about 2 dozen large cookies)
These were a hit at my work party! Too bad they got eaten too fast for a picture of the finished product!
