Big Y & Walgreens 8/20

Here's what I bought at Big Y- thankfully the only problem I had there today was the cashier not knowing how to manually adjust a coupon down.* I bought:

• A dozen eggs ($.88 cents with raincheck)
• 4 Sani Hands
• 4 Sani Hands Kids
• 4 Marcal Toilet Paper
• 3 Kelloggs Special K Protein Waters
• 1 Reusable Grocery bag ($.98? I think? I forget. I thought I had a silver coin!!! :( )

Coupons used:

• 8 - $1.00 Sani Hands Sanitizer Wipes (= FREE!)
• 4 - Free up to $1.00 Marcal Paper Products (= FREE!)
• Special K Water Raincheck from two weeks ago to bring them down to $1 each
• 3 - $1 off any Special K product (*I lied, the kid gave me a hard time over these too, even though there was a picture of the waters on the coupon!)

Total: $1.92 cents

I tried to shop at Rite Aid today and it was a total bust- they had nothing in stock! At Walgreens I bought only the Preparation H (What I'll do with it I don't know)and a Twix bar to fill the overage.
Total: $4.49 + $.63
Used $2.00 off Prep H Easy Saver Coupon & $3.00 Prep H coupon from Wyeth website = $ -.51 cents!

Total after coupons= $.05 cents!
